The role supports IWCO’s production operations by leading the equipment technician team and maintaining production equipment. This working supervisor combines hands-on troubleshooting with team leadership and maintenance planning. The role helps sustain equipment uptime, production volume, and quality through repairs, preventive maintenance, scheduling, and technician development.

What you'll do

• Oversee equipment technicians and team leads
• hire, train, mentor, and evaluate employees
• diagnose and repair industrial control systems, electronics, servo motors, drives, power supplies, I/O modules, and feedback devices
• schedule preventive maintenance and equipment rebuilds
• track downtime and corrective actions
• manage parts and supplies
• coordinate with engineering, vendors, purchasing, and operations
• use maintenance management software for work orders and scheduling.
