What you'll do

• Room patients and obtain vital signs and histories
• assist providers with examinations and procedures
• perform point-of-care testing, specimen collection, and EKGs as trained
• assist with wound care and splinting
• administer medications or injections when permitted
• prepare rooms
• clean and sterilize equipment
• document in electronic medical records
• support patient flow
• maintain supplies
• communicate with patients and families and collaborate with clinic staff.
