Rental Return Agent

The Rental Return Agent role is onsite in Wilmington, NC. Pay is $15 per hour. The agent supports GSP Transportation’s rental car service and its focus on consistent, accountable customer relationships and service. The role assists customers through the vehicle return process, reviews charges, inspects vehicles, and helps keep the rental lot organized. It contributes to a smooth customer experience and accurate vehicle and return documentation.

What you'll do

• Greet customers
• assist with luggage
• review rental charges and provide receipts
• ask about service satisfaction
• inspect vehicles and fuel levels
• complete service alerts for reported damage
• identify vehicles on hold and verify their lot placement
• assist with vehicle cleaning as needed
• organize the lot
• maintain knowledge of rental documents, fuel services, surcharges, and optional coverage
• follow damage and loss reporting procedures.
