What you'll do

• Own the Operator Suite product strategy and roadmap, lead discovery and delivery with Engineering, Design, and Data, and define success metrics. Lead the AI/ML portfolio across event planning, live-event pricing and routing, and post-event analytics
• prototype and evaluate models, establish evaluation and monitoring practices, and partner with Data Science and ML Engineering on deployment.
