What you'll do

• Provide clean and sanitized utensils, plateware, glassware, and equipment
• keep dishes and cookware sanitized and available
• and maintain the dish machine. Clean and sanitize the service area and kitchen during the shift, complete assigned prep and beautification duties, and troubleshoot machine malfunctions. Follow handling and sanitation procedures and communicate issues to the supervisor.
