Injection Molding Material Handler

The Injection Molding Material Handler role is onsite in Saint Charles, IL, with listed second- and third-shift openings. Pay is $18–$25 per hour, based on experience and availability. Foreman Tool and Mold is an injection molder producing mainly automotive and switch components. The material handler keeps production supplied by loading and mixing materials, cleaning hoppers, and ensuring materials and boxes are ready. The role supports safe, accurate manufacturing operations and may provide a path to training as a setup technician and further development as a process technician.

What you'll do

• Load and mix materials
• clean hoppers
• ensure boxes and materials are ready and available
• weigh and track materials
• mix colorants and maintain accurate records
• safely operate a sit-down forklift
• follow procedures and safety practices
• learn mold setup and water-line connections as applicable.

Why this role

No material-handler experience is required; on-the-job training is available. Training to become a setup technician is available after mastering the material handler role. Listed shifts include 2:15 p.m.–10:45 p.m. and 10:15 p.m.–6:45 a.m.
