What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures, site policies, and appropriate emergency response activities
• respond professionally to incidents and customer concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales areas, entrances, exits, loading areas, and parking areas
• monitor and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations
• maintain daily activity reports and incident documentation.
