Job overview

The Universal Elite Banker — North Region role is onsite across EECU financial centers in the North Texas region, with shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 6:15 p.m. Monday–Friday and 8:45 a.m.–2:15 p.m. Saturdays. Compensation is not specified. EECU is a community credit union serving members across North Texas. The role provides banking and member-service support across branch locations, including teller and platform functions, account and loan services, and assistance during staffing shortages. It helps deepen member relationships and maintain branch operations, with a career path toward financial center management.

What you'll do

• Support members with teller transactions, consumer and business accounts, CDs, IRAs, and HSAs
• use needs-based selling
• interview and process loan applications
• resolve complex member and operational issues
• support marketing programs
• rotate among financial centers for teller and platform coverage
• assist with vault balancing and audits as needed
• support branch employees and may directly supervise them when management is unavailable
• comply with applicable financial regulations and attend Bank Secrecy Act training.
