Service Advisor, Commercial Trucks

What you'll do

• Collect customer complaints and expectations
• inspect vehicles and verify information
• perform on-the-spot diagnostics and review service history
• advise customers on vehicle care
• document problems and obtain signatures
• coordinate promised times with the foreman
• establish payment method and obtain credit approval when needed
• create repair orders
• monitor repair progress and obtain authorization for additional work.
