What you'll do

• Assist the Clinical Director in delivering quality dialysis care
• support implementation of cost-effective, innovative dialysis services
• monitor budgets within established guidelines
• conduct performance appraisals and coach and counsel staff
• oversee facility operations for day and evening shifts.

Why this role

Requires an associate degree in nursing, current Oregon Registered Nurse license, at least one year of dialysis healthcare experience within the last three years, and American Heart Association BLS. A BSN and prior management or charge nurse experience are preferred.
