What you'll do

• Communicate professionally with employees, residents, families, responsible parties, outside providers, and vendors
• greet visitors, announce arrivals, and offer refreshments
• answer and direct calls and take messages
• accept deliveries and coordinate their distribution
• complete administrative tasks as assigned
• update resident and employee lists
• conduct tours as needed
• follow privacy, dignity, standard precaution, and infection-control procedures
• complete required state training upon hire and annually.
