What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations
• supervise and support warehouse team members
• monitor time and attendance
• coach staff and handle disciplinary actions according to company policy
• train staff in material handling, safety, and company standards
• coordinate with drivers, sales, and office staff
• monitor productivity and quality
• operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
