HR Data Governance & Quality Lead (Hybrid)

What you'll do

• Own HR master data governance standards, policies, and operating model
• validate employee data for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
• define ownership and stewardship
• establish data quality KPIs and remediation plans
• lead validation, reconciliation, exception management, and root-cause analysis
• coordinate data cleansing
• maintain privacy, access, retention, and archival practices
• support audits
• document definitions and procedures
• recommend automation and train HR users and data stewards.
