This role supports the bakery-cafe management team in driving operational success and fostering a positive, growth-oriented culture for the staff. This position exists to ensure the bakery-cafe meets its operational, quality, and guest service goals. The Assistant General Manager partners with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staffing and scheduling, and develop team members to ensure a high-quality experience for every guest.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and people development.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Ensure operational standards and guest service expectations are met.
• Maintain workplace safety and health standards.
• Assist with inventory and cost management.
