Housekeeping Supervisor

Job overview

The Housekeeping Supervisor role is onsite in Ashburn, VA, and pays $20.50 per hour. The position supports guest satisfaction by maintaining clean guest rooms and coordinating with other departments. What you'll do

• Perform housekeeping duties including changing sheets and towels, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, and arranging rooms after checkout
• deliver linens to laundry
• inspect rooms and public spaces daily
• train new housekeeping staff on guest service guarantees and standards
• participate in preventative maintenance programs
• check and replenish housekeeping cart consumables
• notify supervisors of damages, deficits, or disturbances
• communicate maintenance requests and room readiness to maintenance and front desk teams.
