The Prevention Coordinator – New Jersey Army National Guard role is onsite in Bordentown, NJ, with primary hours Tuesday through Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM. Pay is $22.00–$24.00 per hour. The position supports substance abuse prevention, suicide prevention, risk mitigation, and resiliency programs for the New Jersey Army National Guard. Working under the Risk Reduction Coordinator, the coordinator delivers prevention training, facilitates risk inventories, manages non-clinical case records, and coordinates with unit leaders and community providers. The work helps Soldiers access risk mitigation support and community resources while maintaining timely program documentation and reporting.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and deliver substance abuse, suicide prevention, and bystander training
• facilitate and process Unit Risk Inventory assessments
• manage referred Soldier cases and coordinate assessments and follow-up
• conduct weekly Soldier check-ins
• maintain program databases and timely reports
• coordinate with commanders, state contacts, and community providers
• keep the State Resource Catalog current.
