• Administer and maintain Linux systems across physical, virtual, and cloud environments
• troubleshoot enterprise services and incidents
• lead outage response, root-cause analysis, and restoration
• administer Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform and maintain automation content
• integrate automation with operational tools
• implement security hardening and compliance controls
• document procedures and mentor support personnel.
