What you'll do

• Coordinate resident care plans in line with physician orders, regulations, and facility policies
• communicate nursing policies and procedures and monitor staff implementation
• participate in admissions decisions and may visit prospective residents as needed
• attend management meetings about resident status, census, staffing, and concerns
• support compassionate care, nursing supervision, adequate coverage, cleanliness, pressure-wound prevention, and resident function.

Why this role

Requires an active RN or LPN license in the state practiced, an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school, and at least two years of nursing supervisory experience. Five years in long-term or acute care is preferred.
