Creative Director

What you'll do

• Develop creative vision aligned with company strategy and brand goals
• translate business objectives into creative strategies
• lead and mentor designers and writers
• collaborate across departments and with external partners
• oversee concepts, campaigns, designs, and multimedia content
• maintain brand standards
• contribute hands-on to high-impact campaigns as needed
• use data, A/B testing, and performance metrics to optimize creative
• manage project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and creative systems.
