Steel Preconstruction Manager

What you'll do

• Partner with Sales and Estimating on pursuits without taking over estimates
• review bid and contract documents for scope, risk, and constructability
• build preconstruction plans and schedules
• coordinate outside design teams and delegated connection design
• lead RFIs, submittals, and BIM/VDC model coordination
• identify long-lead materials and coordinate procurement
• track cost, schedule, and project risks
• plan shop and field interfaces, safety, and quality
• deliver a complete handoff package and capture lessons learned.
