• Provide Workday production support and operational maintenance across Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, and Compensation
• guide HR partners on processes
• conduct data cleansing and audits
• provide reporting and analytics
• partner on enhancements to business processes, security, reports, dashboards, and integrations
• perform user acceptance testing
• create documentation and job aids
• validate third-party data exchanges and escalate issues.
