The Kitchen Supervisor | Food and Beverage role is an onsite position in Erlanger, KY, paying $16–$20 per hour. The position supports Silverlake The Family Place’s Food and Beverage Department, serving its Bar and Grill, Fitness Café, seasonal Outdoor Waterpark operations, birthday parties, and special events. The supervisor leads daily kitchen operations, maintains food quality and safety, and coordinates staffing, inventory, and service execution. The role works hands-on with kitchen employees and coordinates with Food and Beverage and Front of House leadership to support consistent, timely service across dining, concessions, parties, and events.

What you'll do

• Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff
• lead assigned shifts and ensure stations are staffed and prepared
• work alongside kitchen employees during peak periods
• maintain recipes, portion standards, presentation, and ticket times
• train and coach employees
• assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management
• manage ordering, receiving, storage, inventory, product rotation, and food costs
• maintain sanitation and food safety procedures
• coordinate ticket flow with Front of House
• support parties, member events, and other functions
• communicate operational, staffing, food safety, and equipment concerns to the Food and Beverage Director.
