Packaging Manager

What you'll do

• Lead the Packaging Department and oversee packaging operations and employees with the Packaging Supervisor
• troubleshoot equipment and coordinate repairs
• develop packaging strategies for quality, efficiency, and output
• manage project plans and preventive maintenance schedules
• drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvement
• oversee multiple high-speed packaging lines
• train, mentor, and cross-train team members
• monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions
• collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance.
