What you'll do

• Investigate SWIFT payment inquiries and resolve client and banking queries
• communicate with correspondent and external banks
• follow up on confirmations, recalls, beneficiary details, and transaction resolutions
• reconcile Nostro accounts
• monitor queues and cases against service targets
• coordinate with operations, treasury, settlements, compliance, and customer service
• maintain controls and regulatory compliance
• support clients by phone and email
• prepare operational and client-facing reports
• document investigations and identify process improvements.

Why this role
