Senior Preconstruction Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and develop estimators and senior estimators
• direct the preconstruction lifecycle from pursuit through award
• manage RFP strategy, proposal and interview preparation, and coordination through award or buyout transition
• oversee drawings, specifications, RFPs, subcontractor notifications, pre-bid RFIs, bid packages, estimates, proposals, bid-day activities, and schedules
• assess project risks, costs, exposures, long lead times, and competitive advantages
• participate in project and client meetings, interviews, and site walks
• monitor markets and analyze win/loss factors
• support team development and cohesion.
