What you'll do

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and employees
• conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols of common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and critical events
• monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, hazards, property concerns, and policy violations
• prepare accurate reports and communicate with site management and responders as needed.
