What you'll do

• Lead daily mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• supervise technicians and mechanics
• assign tasks and provide technical direction
• oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, replacements, alignments, and operational tests
• diagnose complex issues
• validate completed work through checks, inspections, and documentation
• enforce quality and safety measures
• conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• use the Navy 3-M Preventative Maintenance Program
• maintain accurate records and schedules
• train personnel on 3-M processes and maintenance procedures.
