What you'll do

• Work with funding specialist to ensure complete paperwork, funding, and titles.
• Assist inventory team with OEM reporting, dealer trades, and inventory management.
• Prepare metrics for Sales Managers.
• Manage front desk duties including greeting customers, answering calls, and data entry.
• Ensure service processes and scripts are followed.
