Trade Show and Event Coordinator — 12-Month Assignment

What you'll do

• Coordinate event logistics, booth services, shipping, tickets, hotel blocks, and catering
• maintain event calendars
• research schedules, venue requirements, deadlines, and vendor terms
• liaise with event organizers and vendors
• coordinate customer meetings, invitations, registrations, and attendee tracking
• organize marketing warehouse materials and inventory
• flag reorder needs
• run occasional local errands
• support purchase orders, invoices, budgets, billing, expenses, and post-event summaries
• assist with marketing administration as needed.
