What you'll do

• Create and adjust operating plans based on sales trends and restaurant performance
• drive sales through guest experiences, community partnerships, and restaurant leadership
• review financial results and improve sales, expenses, and profitability
• manage labor forecasting and schedules
• maintain a safe and organized restaurant
• lead guest experience and service standards
• partner with the Chef de Cuisine on menus and with the Bar Manager on beverage programs
• hire, train, develop, and retain team members
• coach managers and hold leaders accountable
• oversee daily operations, staffing, inventory, cost controls, facilities, and compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and workplace safety requirements.
