Parking Operations Supervisor

The Parking Operations Supervisor role is onsite in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Pay is $17 per hour. SP+, a Metropolis company, uses computer vision to provide checkout-free parking experiences and operates a large parking network. The supervisor assists with day-to-day management of an assigned parking location, supporting customer service, contractual requirements, and company procedures. The role also helps maintain parking equipment and facility conditions while reporting safety concerns and unusual incidents to the Facility Manager.

What you'll do

• Assist with day-to-day activities at assigned locations
• support management duties as assigned
• courteously assist customers
• help maintain and repair parking equipment and perform general maintenance
• report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, and unusual occurrences
• assist with cleanup of debris, water, and oil spills
• substitute for other positions as needed.
