The Digital Label Press Specialist (Pressure-Sensitive Packaging) is an onsite, full-time role in Westfield, MA, paying $24–$32 per hour. Dion Label, part of Inovar Packaging Group, prints flexographic, sheet-fed, and digital products for customers across North America. The specialist prepares and operates digital presses to produce labels and packaging that meet customer specifications, color targets, quality requirements, and delivery schedules. The role coordinates with production, prepress, and finishing teams while maintaining equipment and reducing defects, waste, and downtime.

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain digital presses
• interpret work orders and schedules
• prepare substrates, inks, coatings, files, and color profiles
• monitor color consistency, registration, and print fidelity
• perform quality checks
• troubleshoot defects and equipment issues
• clean and maintain equipment
• follow safety protocols
• coordinate with production supervisors, prepress, and finishing.
