What you'll do

• Coordinate plans for each resident’s total care in accordance with physician orders, regulations, and facility policies
• communicate policies and procedures to nursing staff and monitor implementation
• participate in admissions decisions and may visit prospective residents
• participate in daily and weekly management meetings about resident status, census, personnel, and concerns
• assume center operations responsibility in the Administrator’s absence.

Why this role
