What you'll do

  • Maintain client and facility safety and security, including substance abuse screening as directed
  • conduct individual and group social-rehabilitation and care coordination activities
  • supervise participants in the milieu and during scheduled on-site and off-site activities
  • conduct scheduled room safety checks
  • maintain confidential progress notes
  • provide approved transportation and program-related errands.
