What you'll do

• Lead assigned construction projects from planning through completion
• manage schedules, budgets, project finances, contracts, trade partners, quality, and risk
• track RFIs and submittals
• review drawings and specifications
• coordinate with estimating
• negotiate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• communicate with clients and resolve disputes
• and visit active jobsites to oversee execution and coordinate with field teams.
