The Life Skills Coach role is onsite in Union Grove, WI, in a college residential setting after classes and on weekends. Compensation is not specified. Shepherds College is a post-secondary program for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, focused on job skills and greater independence.

What you'll do

• Support students with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential college setting at an 8:1 student-to-staff ratio
• teach cooking, cleaning, safety, time management, and social behavior
• build positive relationships that support student growth
• complete communication and documentation for team collaboration
• and take students on off-campus activities. Available shifts include Sunday and Saturday shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., plus Monday and Thursday shifts from 2:50 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
