Residential Support Mentor

The Residential Support Mentor role is onsite in Saint George, UT. Compensation is $18–$25 per hour. Crimson Heights Behavioral Health supports people facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges as they work toward growth, healing, and independence. The mentor supports residents in meeting treatment goals and participating in daily routines and community activities. The role maintains resident safety and supervision, reinforces house rules, and reports behavioral or safety concerns so residents receive consistent support in the residential setting.

What you'll do

• Mentor and assist residents with treatment goals
• support practical household tasks and daily schedules
• encourage community connections and off-site activities
• monitor assigned residents
• provide continuous observation during assigned one-to-one support
• enforce house rules
• transport residents to outings and meetings
• report aggression, suicidal behavior, or elopement risks
• maintain records and follow policies.
