What you'll do

• Lead and deliver strength and conditioning training for youth, high school, college, and professional athletes
• conduct athlete evaluations
• maintain a safe and organized training floor
• follow ETS training and marketing plans
• communicate with parents about athlete progress
• meet with coaches or team representatives off site at least weekly
• follow up with prospects
• and interview and hire staff or interns as required.
