The JAAW Group is seeking an engineer to support the 1st Special Operations Civil Engineer Squadron and help keep mission-critical facilities powered and operating. The engineer develops electrical designs and technical solutions for facility and high-voltage distribution systems, supporting infrastructure and utility needs. The role also helps define project requirements, reviews design submittals, prepares technical materials, and contributes to technical coordination for installation projects.

What you'll do

• Develop facility electrical system and high-voltage distribution designs
• support requirements development, project programming, and technical packages for A/E and construction contractors
• review design submittals for accuracy and code compliance
• prepare technical reports, design instructions, and cost estimate inputs
• participate in technical interchange meetings
• use ADP and geospatial systems.
