What you'll do

• Perform basic nursing care under licensed-nurse supervision

• take and record pulse, respirations, blood pressure, and weight as needed
• document care and observations in worksheets and the electronic medical record
• follow infection-control practices and facility policies
• support residents’ psychosocial needs
• attend required education and in-service meetings.
