What you'll do

• Develop and drive global IT strategy for the Repair domain and regional plans for Manufacturing, Repair, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, and Quality. Shape demand for IT investments, including AI and data
• identify cross-functional dependencies and translate prioritized demand into scoped projects with defined benefits. Recommend and execute strategic sourcing and vendor engagement approaches. Provide executive oversight of initiatives to align delivery with business outcomes, value, risk, and stakeholder expectations. Coach business stakeholders on digital innovation and AI literacy, advocate for enterprise IT priorities, and establish a Voice of the Customer process to measure satisfaction and improve value delivery.
