What you'll do

• Coordinate day-to-day building operations, accounts payable and receivable, reporting, and client, tenant, and vendor relations
• collaborate with construction, leasing, marketing, and accounting teams
• implement company policies and client procedures
• conduct property inspections
• prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, expense recoveries, and reconciliations
• coordinate contracts, repairs, services, and capital projects
• prepare financial and operational reports
• review invoices, rent edits, and general ledger accuracy
• administer tenant leases
• coordinate tax reviews and tenant improvement applications
• supervise designated personnel and support performance reviews.
