The Program Assistant, Therapeutic Day Treatment role is hybrid in Ashburn, VA, supporting school-based services across Loudoun County. Pay is $23–$27 per hour for approximately 30 hours per week. Tree of Life Family Services provides behavioral health services to children and families in Northern Virginia.

What you'll do

• Support TDT counselors and daily program operations
• review documentation for completeness and accuracy
• maintain counselor, client, authorization, and deadline trackers
• coordinate referrals, intake, and onboarding
• conduct school rounds and counselor check-ins approximately one to two times weekly
• coordinate with school personnel and families
• support quality assurance, training, audits, and program meetings
• and conduct or support family sessions only when appropriately assigned and within credential, role, supervision, and program requirements.

Why this role

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM. An active Virginia QMHP-Trainee registration is required at minimum, with other qualifying Virginia behavioral health credentials also considered. School rounds and check-ins are required; remote administrative work is available.
