The Home Infusion Registered Nurse role is onsite in Wichita Falls, TX, and pays $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience and assignment. The nurse travels to patients’ homes throughout the local service area to provide infusion therapy. The role exists to deliver safe, prescribed specialty treatment in patients’ homes. Through assessment, monitoring, education, and coordination with pharmacy and clinical partners, the nurse supports patient safety and continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Provide prescribed home infusion therapy, including IV medications, biologics, IVIG, antibiotics, and hydration. Assess patients before, during, and after infusions
• manage peripheral IV access and vascular access devices within scope and competency
• monitor for adverse reactions
• verify orders and supplies
• educate patients and caregivers
• communicate condition changes
• document visits
• and follow infection-control and medication-safety standards.

Why this role
