The Market Access Lead, U.S. Pharma and Diagnostics Partnerships role is hybrid and may be performed fully remotely; Indianapolis, IN candidates are a bonus. Pay is $62–$67 per hour. The role supports the U.S. Market Access team and reports to the Access & Reimbursement Strategy Leader. This role develops U.S. market access strategies and partner proposals for pharmaceutical and diagnostics opportunities, then leads agreed workstreams and delivery. It coordinates cross-functional teams and translates market and customer insights into practical access plans supporting patients, customers, and partners.

What you'll do

• Develop U.S. market access strategies, proposals, recommendations, and presentations for pharmaceutical and diagnostics partnerships
• assess reimbursement, payer, evidence, stakeholder, and market-development needs
• define proposal scope, deliverables, timelines, resources, risks, and budget inputs
• lead agreed workstream milestones, governance, and partner communications
• coordinate stakeholders and track progress, risks, decisions, budgets, and scope changes
• develop reusable frameworks, tools, and processes.
