The estimator supports the full bid lifecycle, from reviewing invitations and project documents through quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, vendor coordination, and bid-package assembly. The role also maintains bid tracking and CRM information, supports prequalification documentation, and develops estimating expertise with mentorship from preconstruction leadership.

What you'll do

• Process bid invitations, RFQs, and estimate inquiries
• support bid/no-bid reviews
• maintain bid logs and deadlines
• interpret drawings, specifications, and scope documents
• perform quantity takeoffs
• build and verify estimates
• draft scope narratives
• assemble bid packages
• solicit and compare vendor pricing
• coordinate with vendors and engineers
• maintain CRM and prequalification records
• support the Preconstruction Manager.
