The Program Manager – Central Oregon Vision Services role is onsite in Bend, OR. Compensation is $65,000–$75,000 per year. Vision To Learn provides eye exams and glasses at no cost to students and families in underserved communities, and is launching a program serving Central Oregon. The manager oversees regional operations for mobile vision clinics, staff, patient-care coordination, and community and school partnerships. The role helps deliver safe, efficient services and sustain the program across schools and community organizations in the region.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day mobile vision clinic operations
• schedule screenings, exams, and dispensing
• coordinate logistics with clinic staff and school contacts
• ensure accurate and timely patient, school, and regional data
• oversee regional clinical and administrative staff
• maintain relationships with schools, districts, community organizations, and funders
• monitor regional revenues and expenditures
• coordinate vehicle maintenance and supplies
• support compliance, training, and patient satisfaction.
