What you'll do

• Manage customer projects from handoff through delivery
• serve as the primary project coordinator
• review specifications, artwork, quantities, materials, finishing requirements, and delivery dates
• create job tickets and work orders
• monitor production, quality, and deadlines
• maintain schedules and documentation
• manage multiple projects and changing priorities
• identify and resolve potential issues
• communicate status and changes to customers and internal teams
• support sales handoffs
• and coordinate with prepress, production, purchasing, shipping, and finishing.
