Service Technician II — Robotics Fleet

The Service Technician II — Robotics Fleet role is an onsite, full-time position in Miami, FL, paying $23.00–$26.90 per hour. Serve Robotics builds sidewalk delivery robots intended to move deliveries off congested streets and support local businesses. The technician independently diagnoses and repairs complex mechanical, electrical, and integrated software issues across the delivery-robot fleet. By validating repairs, documenting findings, and identifying recurring issues, the role supports fleet uptime, repair quality, and engineering insight.

What you'll do

• Independently diagnose mechanical, electrical, and integrated software failures
• develop and execute repair strategies
• test components and subassemblies to validate repairs
• identify root-level issues and recurring repair patterns
• document work in Jira with technical notes, photos, test results, and validation evidence
• maintain tool calibration, lab organization, component control, inventory accuracy, and parts tracking
• support workflow improvements
• provide onboarding support and technical guidance to Technician I employees
• follow safety standards. Weekend flexibility is required as part of a five-day schedule.
