What you'll do

• Assist the Executive Pastry Chef with daily pastry department operations
• prepare seasonal and plated desserts, breads, viennoiserie, mignardises, and specialty pastry items
• maintain quality, consistency, presentation, and execution standards
• train and mentor pastry cooks
• assist with recipe development, menu changes, and seasonal offerings
• manage product rotation, inventory, and ordering
• maintain food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization
• collaborate with the culinary team.
